Using the Patient Portal
The Patient Portal gives you access to your own records. When you use it:
- sign in only to your own account, using your own MRN and date of birth;
- keep your MRN, date of birth and verification codes confidential — we will never ask you to share a verification code with anyone, including our own staff;
- tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account;
- make sure the mobile number registered with us is current, since verification codes are sent to it.
We may suspend access if we believe an account is being misused or accessed without authorisation.
Appointments
An appointment request made through the portal or by phone is confirmed by us. Clinic and consultant availability can change at short notice; where that happens we will contact you to rearrange. Please let us know as early as you can if you cannot attend, so the slot can be offered to another patient.
Payments
Charges for consultations, investigations and treatments are as advised at the time. Online payments are handled by our payment gateway; we do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Telemedicine consultations
Telemedicine consultations are offered where the clinician considers them clinically appropriate. They are not suitable for every condition, and a clinician may ask you to attend in person instead. A telemedicine consultation depends on your internet connection and device, and we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted service. Consultations are conducted in line with applicable telemedicine practice guidelines in India.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website or the portal to attempt unauthorised access to any system or account, to disrupt the service, to upload malicious code, or for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, images, our name and our logo, belongs to PMR Centre or is used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not reproduce or republish them commercially without our written permission.
Links to other websites
Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep this website and the portal available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may suspend either for maintenance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
