How do I request an appointment at PMR Centre?
Request one through the PMR Centre Patient Portal at portal.pmrcentre.com. Sign in with your MRN (patient number) and date of birth, confirm the verification code we send by WhatsApp and SMS, then choose a clinician, branch and preferred date. Clinician availability is limited, so this is a request rather than an instant booking: our team confirms or declines it and lets you know. What is Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR)?
Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is the branch of medicine focused on restoring function and quality of life for people with physical impairments or disabilities. At PMR Centre a multidisciplinary team works together on recovery rather than treating a single symptom in isolation.
What are your opening hours?
The centre is open Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm and Saturday 8am - 6pm. Sunday: CLOSED. Consultant availability is separate from centre hours - Dr. Lahunlang Sohliya OPD Days: LABAN: Monday and Thursday 9:30am - 3pm; MAWKASIANG: Tuesday and Friday 9:30am - 3pm.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice so the slot can be offered to another patient. You can cancel or reschedule by calling us, or by replying to your appointment message. Cancelling less than 24 hours before the appointment, or not attending without telling us, may attract a cancellation fee. If an emergency prevented you from letting us know, please tell us and we will take it into account.
Do you offer telemedicine or online consultations?
Yes. Telemedicine video consultations are joined directly from the Patient Portal at the scheduled appointment time - no separate link or app is needed.
Can I see my prescriptions, lab reports and bills online?
Yes. The Patient Portal shows your appointments, prescriptions and lab reports, and lets you view and pay bills online and download them as PDFs.
