Register if you do not have an MRN

You will need an MRN (Medical Record Number) in order to book any kind of appointment. If you are a new patient, you will need to register yourself first, after which you will be issued an MRN. You can submit the Online Patient Registration Form on our website and receive an MRN instantly. If you are an existing patient, simply enter your MRN, date and time of appointment in the form below.

There are 2 basic types of appointments:

OPD

All OPD appointments at the Clinic are now open. Appointments can be booked online, by email, through a phone call or by simply walking into the Clinic.

Telemedicine

Telemedicine is our way of reaching out to patients with limited mobility or access. Patients and Care givers who need follow-up will especially benefit from this service. To book an appointment, please fill the form found on this page (You need to have your MRN ready). You will receive an SMS to confirm the appointment. Below is a list of devices that are supported. Your device will need to have a decent internet connection for this to work.
  • Android mobile phones or tablet
  • iPhones or iPads
  • Laptop or desktop with webcam and microphone

No installation is required. You just need a web browser and ability to allow permission for the browser to access the device's camera and microphone.

You can make the payment online through this website. After filling the form on the right you will be able to proceed with the payment. We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking and other payment methods using Paytm®.

**A consecutive consultation within a period of 2 weeks is considered a Review and the correct fees will automatically be applied
